Overview of Volunteer Roles
Be a part of something meaningful! Our volunteers are the backbone of our organization, helping deliver programs that promote health, wellness, and education for youth and seniors.
- Youth Program Mentor: Guide young athletes in physical fitness, nutrition, and leadership skills.
- Seniors Activity Assistant: Support our “Better Bones & Balance” classes, encouraging seniors to stay active and healthy.
- Community Outreach Volunteer: Help us connect with schools, sports clubs, and community centers to spread awareness about our programs.

- Youth Referrals: Coaches, community leaders, or family members can refer youth to programs like “Sportified” or “Little Steps.”
- Senior Referrals: Care coordinators, healthcare providers, or family members can recommend seniors for programs like “Better Bones & Balance.”
